Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Smoortech Consulting ("Smoortech", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services & Engagements

Smoortech provides website design, dedicated hosting, network engineering, IT consulting, and automation services under mutually agreed proposals or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Hosting SLA & Uptime

Our dedicated hosting environments maintain a 99.9% uptime target, excluding scheduled maintenance. Regular backups and security patches are executed according to client contract terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of design and development fees, custom website designs and creative assets become the intellectual property of the client, while underlying proprietary tools or third-party open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
